Has anyone else noticed how these short-term rentals are becoming hubs for these large, unmanageable parties? It's such a difficult situation because people just want a space to celebrate, but it seems to be getting out of control far too often. Poor Sean was just caught in the wrong place at the wrong time during what should have been a night of fun. My heart goes out to his family and friends, who have to deal with this senseless tragedy. These rentals really need more oversight; maybe there’s a need for stricter regulations or better communication between hosts and local authorities? It's unsettling to think that you can't even rent out a property anymore without the risk of it turning into a crime scene. I hope the investigators get some leads soon, so Sean's loved ones can find some peace and those responsible are held accountable. It’s a reminder that we all need to be more vigilant about the places we gather and stay safe.
