Was anyone else struck by how eerily quiet the scene seemed when this happened? It was a busy night, sure, but you’d think someone would've heard something or seen something more than just those two guys running away. I keep wondering if there are witnesses out there who are too scared to come forward. I can’t imagine the pain Alejandro’s family must be going through, not just from losing him but also from the lack of answers. It’s a harsh reminder of the ongoing struggle against gun violence in places like Humboldt Park. I really hope anyone who knows about what happened finds the courage to speak up. It's so important for the community and for Alejandro’s loved ones to find some form of justice.
