Has anyone else been thinking about the role surveillance footage played in identifying Alessis Botello as the suspect? It's amazing how technology can aid in cracking these tragic cases, though it pains me that we need such measures in the first place. I can only imagine the relief that Gavile's family might have felt knowing there was progress in finding his alleged killer. Even though technology can assist in justice, nothing can truly replace the loss they've suffered. I hope continued advancements help deter future crimes like this, sparing other families from similar heartbreak. Anyone have insights or thoughts about how effective surveillance really is in these situations?

Has anyone else been following the Gavile Jackson case? I’m still trying to wrap my head around how a simple meet-up turned so deadly. I keep thinking about Gavile's family and the immense loss they’ve endured. It’s just gut-wrenching to imagine losing someone so young and full of potential. I wonder if there were red flags leading up to the meeting or if things escalated unexpectedly. Knowing Botello fled to Mexico afterward makes me think there might have been more to this story than we realize. I really hope justice is truly served for Gavile and his loved ones can find some sense of peace after such a terrible ordeal. What are everyone else’s thoughts on how this played out?
