It's been over seven years since Kori Glossett vanished, and despite some pieces of evidence, we still don't have a clear picture of what happened to him. One thing I've been pondering about is the blood evidence found at Dale Gear's property. It's puzzling that Gear was only charged with tampering with evidence despite the significant amount of blood linked to Kori. I'm curious about the legal standards or evidence thresholds that would warrant more serious charges like murder. Does anyone here have insight into how prosecutors might approach a case like this? It's painful for the family to continue not having closure, and I'm hoping, like everyone else, they find the answers they deserve.
