It's truly devastating to see how violence has robbed us of another promising young life. Gary Tinder seemed like a genuinely uplifting person, with his dedication to his studies and his church. I can't help but wonder about his family and friends dealing with this enormous loss over the past few years. It must have been so difficult for them to sit through the trial and hear the details of Gary's final moments. Does anyone have more information on the impact this had on the local community, particularly at DePaul? I imagine his fellow students and faculty were deeply affected, especially given Gary's involvement and exemplary academic record. Sending thoughts of strength to all who knew him. ❤️
