Gary Tinder, a 20-year-old male student from DePaul University, was tragically shot and killed on June 21, 2020, in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Gary, who was walking home from his job at an Andersonville Starbucks, was approached by Jahrod Jean, a 21-year-old male.
