I’ve been following Lincoln Scott’s case since the very beginning. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster for the community and especially for his family. One thing that stood out to me throughout this ordeal was the immense resilience shown by his family. Despite enduring such a tragic loss, they consistently advocated for justice, supporting the investigation every step of the way. I attended a vigil organized shortly after the incident, where the emotion in the air was palpable. People came together not only to remember Lincoln but to stand in solidarity, hoping for answers. I think it's crucial we continue these conversations about community support and the role we can all play in fostering safer spaces. Kudos to everyone who worked tirelessly on the investigation. While justice being served doesn't bring Lincoln back, it does underscore the power of community and perseverance. Hoping for continued healing for Lincoln’s family and those who loved him.
