Hey everyone, I've been following Zavion Sellers' case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the role of community support. Zavion's family and friends have been through so much, and the way the community has rallied with vigils and rallies is truly moving. It reminds me of how important it is for us to come together in times of tragedy. I grew up not too far from Markham, and seeing a young life like Zavion’s taken so suddenly hits close to home. The gun violence in our area has been a persistent issue, and I often wonder how we can better support families affected by such trauma. Maybe it's time we start organizing more neighborhood watch groups or community forums to bring about real changes. Have any of you had success with community initiatives that address gun violence? It would be great to hear what worked and if it could be applied here to honor Zavion’s memory. My heart goes out to his family and all those who loved him. Let's hope for a breakthrough in the investigation soon.

Hey everyone, I've been following Zavion Sellers' case, and I can’t stop thinking about how his loved ones must be feeling. It’s been over three years, and there’s still a lack of closure for them. I found out that some of his friends have been organizing memorials and get-togethers to keep his spirit alive and to keep pressure on the authorities for answers. It's heartening to see a community stand together, but it shouldn't have to be this way. These gatherings are not just about mourning— they're about ensuring that Zavion’s life isn’t forgotten amidst all the other cases. They’re fighting a system that seems to let too many cases go cold. If anyone here is in the Markham area or connected to it, please consider spreading the word or helping his friends and family however you can. We need to keep this conversation going and stand with them in their pursuit of justice.
