Wow, it’s just so hard to wrap my mind around the immense pain Lakasia’s family must be enduring. On top of losing someone so young, they're left to grapple with the senseless nature of it all. I read that Dezhawn D. Seargent was initially charged for his role in driving the shooter, but can anyone confirm if there was any significant evidence against him apart from the phone records and cameras? It’s incredible how much technology plays a part in solving cases now. It’s chilling to think that just by following their digital footprint, they could trace back the suspects so precisely. I really hope justice is served, not just for Lakasia, but for preventing this from happening to anyone else in the future. Sending my thoughts and love to her family.
