I've been following the case of Kathleen G. Wzientek and Brenda G. Crum's tragic deaths, and I just can't stop thinking about the impact on Kathleen's family, especially her grandchildren. Losing a grandparent is hard enough, but to know they were taken in such a violent manner must be so incredibly difficult for them to process. It makes me wonder about the long-term emotional effects this will have on them. Are there any community resources in Virginia, Illinois that are actively supporting the family, particularly the younger ones, through grief counseling or therapy? It seems like in these situations, having a strong support network is crucial to helping them navigate this unimaginable loss. My heart goes out to all affected by this senseless act of violence.
