She was born on September 1, 1952, in Jacksonville, Illinois, and was well-loved by her family and friends. Kathleen was the daughter of David C. Sinclair and Lois Ann Nottingham Alexander, and she is survived by her husband Tony L. Wzientek, her son Dave Miller, and her grandchildren.
