Has anyone looked into the possibility that Edward Carr might have tried to return to a familiar place from his past? People with dementia can sometimes gravitate towards locations they once knew well — perhaps places from his early life or any previous residences. I read that sometimes they even try to revisit jobs or locations they associated with comfort and safety. Has his family or law enforcement tried focusing searches or crowdsourcing info based on such places? Obviously, that'd be a difficult task, especially since it's been a while, but it might lead up to a fresh lead. It's heartbreaking for family and friends, but staying hopeful and considering all possibilities can sometimes make a huge difference!
