Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Rasaan Mack's case and wanted to discuss a different angle today. It's been over two years, and sadly, little progress seems to have been made. I can't imagine the frustration and pain his family must be enduring without answers or justice. Something that's been on my mind is the role the community can play in these unsolved cases. I know it's tough, but even just sharing Rasaan's story can make a difference. Maybe it will reach someone who knows something but hasn't come forward yet. The silence around such tragedies is disheartening, and it's important that we don't let victim's stories fade from public memory. Also, are there any community efforts in Austin or Garfield Park that focus on both supporting the families affected by this violence and working towards safer neighborhoods? If anyone here is from the area or knows about such initiatives, please share. It's crucial that Rasaan's story doesn't just become another statistic and that similar tragedies are prevented. His family deserves peace and answers. Thanks for listening. Let's continue to support each other in these discussions.

Hey everyone, I came across Rasaan Mack's case recently and couldn't help but focus on the community's response in the Austin neighborhood. It seems like the residents there are really stepping up to support each other in the aftermath of this tragedy. There've been a few vigils and community gatherings aiming to both honor Rasaan’s memory and to talk about ways to curb the violence in their area. It's truly inspiring to see a neighborhood come together like this, even in the face of such painful circumstances. I’m curious if anyone here knows more about these community efforts or has seen similar initiatives in other areas affected by gun violence. While the investigation's ongoing, it’s uplifting to witness people trying to make a difference and ensure Rasaan's story leads to positive change. Thoughts?
