Does anyone else feel just completely rattled by the lack of progress in the investigation of Corey Gaines and Ciera Jones? I can't even begin to imagine the pain their families are going through, knowing the person who did this is still out there. It's so terrifying to think an innocent child was caught in this attack, but thank goodness they're okay. I hope the authorities are able to gather more information soon. This incident is just one of many that reminds us how dire the situation with gun violence in Chicago has become. If anyone has any insights or theories on what might've led to this senseless act, please share. We need to keep talking about this and apply pressure until there's some movement in the case.
