Does anyone else find it incredibly troubling how these illegal gun sales continue to occur, especially with such young people involved? I can't even begin to imagine the pain Coreon's family is feeling right now. It’s just so tragic that an 18-year-old’s life was cut short in this way. I’ve been thinking a lot about why these kids feel the need to engage in these kinds of risky transactions in the first place. It makes me wonder if there are enough support systems or resources in place to steer them away from this kind of environment. Such a tragic loss for Coreon's family and friends; my heart truly goes out to them, and I hope they find some measure of peace one day. It’s good to know that the authorities acted quickly, but we really need proactive efforts to prevent these situations from happening at all.
