I can't stop thinking about the impact this must have on those who knew Johnnie. In a recent interview, I heard his best friend talking about how Johnnie was the kind of person who would light up a room just by walking into it. It's hard to imagine how his friends and family are coping with this senseless loss. They mentioned he was deeply involved in the community, always volunteering and trying to reach out to kids to keep them on the right path. I can’t help but wonder how much was lost the night he was taken away—not just for his loved ones, but for the entire neighborhood that he cared so deeply about. Sending thoughts to his family and hoping that justice can bring them some measure of peace. ?
