I’ve been following the case of Jason White closely, and I can't stop thinking about his family, especially during the holiday season. Losing a loved one is an unimaginable pain, but losing someone in such a violent manner is just beyond words. It makes me wonder about the safety measures in the Cahokia Heights area and whether there are ongoing initiatives to tackle gun violence. Communities can play a crucial role in driving change, and in Jason’s case, it's so important for witnesses, if there are any, to step forward. By sharing what they know, however small it may seem, they can help in the path to justice for Jason. My heart truly goes out to Jason's family and friends. The resolve of the Major Case Squad gives me hope that the truth will come out soon. Let’s keep talking about this and not let it fade from attention.
