Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Datahji Bradford, and I can't stop thinking about how much potential was stolen from his family and community. I recently came across a local art project that was dedicated to him and other victims of gun violence. It's heartening to see that so many people are coming together to honor his memory and advocate for change. It's devastating to know that his family and friends have to live with this unimaginable loss every day while waiting for justice. I really hope the awareness this art project is bringing will encourage anyone with information to step up and help bring some form of closure to those grieving. If any of you are near West Garfield Park, it might be worth checking it out or even sharing it online to keep the conversation going. These collective efforts can sometimes lead to breakthroughs, and you never know whose eyes might fall on it and feel compelled to come forward. Thoughts and prayers go out to Datahji’s loved ones — it must be such a heavy burden to bear.
