I've been following the case of Jeffrey J. Berner closely, and I can't stop thinking about the trauma his family must be experiencing. Tonight, I want to talk about the role of surveillance footage in bringing justice for Jeffrey. In so many cases, it can make or break the investigation. It’s chilling to think that Jeffrey's last moments were captured on video—it shows just how vulnerable he was. Knowing this footage led to Isaiah Holliday’s arrest gives me a bit of hope that justice can still be served, but it doesn’t erase the profound loss that Jeffrey's family is facing. My heart goes out to Geraldine, Sharon, and their entire family. They deserve closure and peace in such a senseless situation. If anyone is familiar with how this kind of evidence holds up in court, I'd love to hear your insights.
