I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that someone could be involved in such a horrible act and then just walk free. The suspect in Cliff Manning's case was released without charges, which is so incredibly frustrating. There must be more details that we don't know, but it's really hard to wait for answers when you think about what this means for Cliff's family. They deserve closure, and it pains me to think they're still seeking it. It's also concerning how frequent gun violence is in Chicago, especially when you see numbers like 51 people shot over one weekend. We shouldn't become numb to these statistics. My thoughts go out to Cliff’s family, who are not only dealing with his tragic loss but were also struck by the loss of Sian just a year later. This cycle of violence has to stop. ?
