Has anyone else been thinking about the role social media played in the tragic events at that party where Ruby Navarrete lost her life? It's so unsettling to know that a simple event post could draw such a large crowd, creating a space that turned so dangerous. I can't imagine the pain her family and friends are going through right now. I hope the investigation sheds more light on how something like this could be prevented in the future. It's heartbreaking to see a young life, full of potential, taken away so soon. It makes me anxious to think about how easily a gathering meant for fun can spiral out of control into chaos and violence. Let's hope the family gets the answers they need, and let us hold our loved ones close.
