Hey everyone, I was recently reading about the unsolved case of Johnny Levitt, and one detail that truly troubles me is the location where his body was found – 957 Blue Ridge Avenue. It's been decades, and I can only imagine how unsettling it must be for any family or residents who still live nearby, knowing something so tragic happened in their neighborhood. I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with the area as it was back in '73 or if there have been any community recollections or stories passed down about what life was like on Blue Ridge Avenue at the time. I think understanding the environment could potentially offer some insight into what might have occurred that night. Also, has there been any effort from local advocacy groups or community leaders in recent years to reignite interest in the case? It seems like raising awareness within the community could be a vital step towards uncovering long-forgotten memories or details that someone might have dismissed as unimportant back then. It's incredibly upsetting to think that after all these years, the family is still left without answers. My heart goes out to them. I hope that with our discussions, we might somehow contribute to keeping Johnny's memory alive and maybe, just maybe, aid in the push for the truth to surface somehow. Love to hear your thoughts or any additional information about the area back then! Stay safe, everyone.
