Hey everyone, I've been looking into the Stacey Lee Lynch case from 1983, and something that's always puzzled me is why her class ring hasn't ever been found. The ring is pretty distinctive, being from Gridley High School, class of '79. In other cases, even when someone goes missing near water, items like jewelry sometimes wash up or are discovered nearby, but there's been nothing here. It's eerie to think how something so personal could just vanish along with them. Did tides just sweep everything out, or is there more to it? Anyone have insights or theories on how coastal searches can miss items like this? It feels like it could be a piece of the puzzle.

I came across the Stacey Lynch case again recently, and something that has always puzzled me is the class ring she was wearing. She had on a Gridley High School class of 1979 ring when she vanished. I can't help but wonder if someone might come across this piece of jewelry someday. I know it's a long shot, but there's a possibility it could wash up or be found in an unexpected place. Does anyone know if authorities have ever made a specific effort to track down the ring, like reaching out to pawn shops or running a database search for similar items? I feel like even the smallest clue might help shine some light on this mystery.

I’ve been following the Stacey Lee Lynch case for a while, and something keeps nagging at me. I've been reading up on terrain maps and the geography of the Marin Headlands during that time period, and I'm curious if any experts here know how precise the search efforts were back in 1983. Considering how vast and rugged the area is, I wonder if there are sections that might not have been thoroughly searched or areas that could be more difficult to access. Could these remote spots potentially hide clues that were overlooked? Also, with today's technology, like drones or advanced imaging, might it be feasible to re-examine the area with fresh eyes? Any thoughts or insights from folks familiar with the region would be appreciated!
