Does anyone else find it strange that Gail Lenoar Cookson wasn't reported missing until November, even though she was last seen in March? That's over seven months! It's puzzling. Was it because of a strained family relationship, or perhaps others thought she was taking some time away? The delayed report raises so many questions about what was happening in her life leading up to March 1984. I wonder if those months hold any clues that could help solve her case. Anyone familiar with the norms back then regarding missing persons reports? It feels like a long time to wait.
