Has anyone looked into the claims about racial bias in jury selection for Curtis Osborne's case? It’s deeply unsettling to think that racial discrimination could've played a part in how the trial went down, but then again, it's not surprising given what we’ve seen in other cases of that era. I can't help but feel for Arthur Lee Jones' family, who not only lost a loved one but also likely navigated a justice system fraught with racial tensions. It's sad to think there might've been an additional layer of injustice if the jury wasn't a true representation of the community. If anyone has more information or thoughts on how this aspect was handled in the appeals, I’d be interested to hear!
