I've been thinking a lot about Wayne Leroy Gross's dedication to the Navy, serving for 20 years. It's clear he was someone who gave a significant part of his life to serving his country, and that says so much about his character. Being in the military can be incredibly challenging, and it takes a certain level of strength and resilience. It makes me wonder about the kind of person he was and how his service might have affected him over the years. Did he have a network of fellow veterans he stayed connected with? Sometimes these relationships can offer so much insight or even hold pieces of the puzzle. My thoughts are with his family and friends—I hope they find the answers they need.
