In the summer of 1998, on the island of Hawaii, 36-year-old Michelle Gloria Adam, a clerk at the Kona Circuit Court, disappeared, leaving behind a life and a series of perplexing questions that remain unanswered. On June 13, Michelle was last seen at her home in the Milolii Beach Lots area of South Kona. She reportedly drove away from her residence in her 1997 Toyota Celica. Her husband, Richard Louis Adam, would later tell police that before she left, she mentioned needing 'her space.' ...
