Does anyone else find it puzzling that Luz Zamora-Alferez, who has been missing for so long, didn’t have his dental or fingerprint records on file? It seems odd considering he was planning to take a trip that far. I know it was the '80s, but weren’t those kinds of records more commonly taken back then? What do you all think could explain the lack of these records? I wonder if this could have slowed down the investigation over the years. Just hoping the recent DNA inquiry might finally lead to some answers. Anyone familiar with how common such inquiries have been successful in similar cold cases?
Hey everyone, I came across the case of Luz Zamora-Alferez and something piqued my interest - the Greyhound bus trip he was planning. Does anyone have insight into the Greyhound route from Florida to Brownsville around that time in 1984? I'm curious if there were any notable stops or incidents reported that could possibly align with his disappearance. Given that his last known intention was to head to Texas, it's baffling that there's such a lack of information on what might've happened along the way. Maybe someone remembers something odd or noticed an unusual passenger? Even a small detail like a reported altercation or passenger being removed could be significant. Let's put our minds together and see if we can uncover anything new that might help his family.
