I was reading about Officer Mark Anthony Cross, and I can’t help but feel for his family, especially his wife and two kids. Losing a loved one so suddenly, especially in such a violent way, is unimaginable. It makes you think about the daily risks officers take and the sacrifices their families make every day. I didn’t know him personally, but from everything I've read, he was dedicated to his job and genuinely cared about the community he served. It's so tragic that things turned out this way. Has anyone heard about any initiatives or memorials that were set up in his honor? It would be good to know that something positive came out of such a senseless tragedy.
