It's a stark reminder of the ripple effect violence has on families and communities. Whoever took Angela away not only ended her life but also changed the course of her daughter's life forever. I hope she has a strong support system around her to help navigate the world without her mom. Angela deserved so much more, and it's infuriating to think of the future memories and moments they won't share together. Has anyone else been following the details around the arrest of Charles Outlaw in Angela Rabotte's case?
