I was thinking about how this tragedy has affected the students at Columbus State University. Many of them must be struggling with fear and anxiety, not to mention the trauma of witnessing or hearing about such a violent incident on their campus. I hope that the counseling services the university offered are truly helping those who need it. It’s important for the school to create a safe environment where students feel supported during this challenging time. It must be incredibly tough to process something like this happening so close to home. My heart goes out to the entire campus community, as well as to Zikarious Flint's family.
