Does anyone have more information on the community's response to Itzelle Rojas's tragic death? I heard from a friend that there were gatherings and vigils, but I haven't seen much in the news about them. It's always so touching how communities come together in these awful times. I've been thinking a lot about her family and how they must be struggling not only with their loss but also in dealing with the circumstances around it. Every life lost to gun violence is one too many, and Itzelle's story is such a painful reminder of that. If anyone knows how we can support her family or any upcoming events to honor her memory, please share. We need to show that her life mattered and that we're here for each other in tough times.
