Hey everyone, I've been following Erin and David's case, and one detail that's caught my attention is Erin's extensive involvement in community service and social causes. It seems like she was really passionate about making the world a better place through her work with CASA, the battered women's shelter, and Invisible Children. It just seems so cruel and senseless for someone so dedicated to helping others to become a victim of such a tragic event. This just got me thinking about how important it is for those who work tirelessly to support others to have their own support systems. Sometimes we focus so much on the change-makers that we forget they might need assistance or someone to lean on too. Erin's story really emphasizes the silent burdens many carry. My heart goes out to her daughters and all of the people she touched with her work. It's just so hard to process that such an outstanding individual could be taken away in this manner. Sending love and support to Erin’s family and anyone else struggling with the aftermath of this tragedy. ?
