I've been thinking about how the legal system handles cases involving multiple suspects, especially when one is pending while another has already been tried and sentenced as in Tellias Welborn's case. It's devastating for all involved, but I imagine it's particularly gut-wrenching for Tellias's family as they wait and see what happens with Makayla Bolston's charges. The idea that someone they possibly trusted could have been part of a setup must be incredibly difficult to come to terms with. I'm curious how the dynamics of court cases like this work and how evidence is presented when there are intertwining stories and motives. Does anyone here have insight on how these kinds of trials typically proceed, especially from the perspective of the victim’s family? Sending strength and love to those who knew Tellias. The loss must feel immeasurable.
