Has anyone dug into the history of the Strikers Motorcycle Club on Moreland Avenue? I'm trying to understand if there were any previous incidents or reports of violence linked to the club before the night of the shootout. It seems like a place that's meant to bring people together over a shared passion for biking, so it's so sad that it ended in tragedy this time. I recall hearing about the club’s anniversary celebration and how it drew a massive crowd. Does anyone know if they’ve done anything to address safety concerns since that event? My heart goes out to Fernando’s family; losing not just him, but having faced such a loss with his son earlier, must be incredibly difficult. It feels like there needs to be more accountability and measures in place to prevent such senseless acts of violence in places that are supposed to be about camaraderie and community.
