Randy Reed Rutter was 46 when he went missing from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. On the morning of July 16, 1993, he was seen leaving Harrisburg State Hospital and never definitively seen again. At the time he had no fixed address and struggled with alcoholism, factors that complicated efforts to trace his movements after he left the hospital grounds.

Randy was a white male with graying hair and brown eyes, about five feet six to five feet seven inches tall and roughly 140 to 150 pounds. He had a three-inch scar on his left temple and was last believed to be wearing overalls and a t-shirt. The Pennsylvania State Police opened an investigation the day he disappeared, and his case remains listed in national missing persons databases; despite occasional renewed attention, no significant leads have been reported.

Did anyone in Harrisburg or nearby areas remember seeing Randy after July 16, 1993, or have information about where he might have gone?
