Has anyone else been pondering the role Dani Jo Carter played in this whole tragedy? It's such a sorrowful situation for Diane’s family and friends. I can't even imagine the trauma Dani Jo must have experienced being there that night. She was a close friend who had to witness such a terrible event unfold right beside her. I remember reading that she testified during the trial—what a courageous act given the circumstances. I wonder how she's coping with all of this. It seems like her testimony was crucial in the initial trial, but I haven't seen much about her since the overturning of Tex's conviction. Does anyone know if she's spoken publicly or shared her side of the story in more detail since everything happened? This case just has so many layers. Sending thoughts to everyone affected.
