Has anyone else been thinking about the impact this must have had on the residents of Windwood Apartments? I can't imagine how frightening it must have been for everyone there that night. Roderick Foster and Deandre Brooks lost their lives in such a senseless way. For the people living in the complex, especially those who might have witnessed the chaos, this has to be a terrifying memory that sticks with them. Apart from personal safety, incidents like this make you question your day-to-day environment and whether you're truly safe in your own home. It's really concerning that the presence of emergency responders at the scene wasn’t enough to deter the shooters. I hope the apartment management and local authorities take this opportunity to reinforce security and reassure the community that these tragic losses won’t be in vain. My thoughts go out to the families of Roderick and Deandre as well as everyone affected by this terrible event.
