I came across something interesting about the corner of 57th and Crane Street where Carlton Frazier was tragically killed. It seems to be a fairly busy area, which makes it even more staggering that no one has come forward with significant information. Is there something about that intersection that makes it harder for people to speak up, perhaps fear of retaliation or something else? I can’t imagine how tough it must be for Carlton’s family, not only dealing with the loss but also with the silence that hinders the quest for justice. It really calls for the community to rally behind them and help break this wall of silence. My thoughts are with the Frazier family during what must be an incredibly difficult time.
Carlton Frazier’s case has been on my mind lately, especially thinking about how his family has coped with the ongoing uncertainty all these years. One thing that stands out to me is the lack of video footage from the area. I know it’s been a few years, but with the incident occurring at a street corner, it makes you wonder about surveillance or dash cams that might have picked up something useful.
It just feels so unfair that the family has had to push so hard for justice without much to go on. They’ve been through so much, advocating in the community and trying to keep Carlton’s memory alive in hopes of getting any lead. My heart goes out to them—I can't imagine how frustrating it must be. Hoping that more awareness might bring forward someone who knows even the smallest detail that could help solve this case.
