Hey folks, just wanted to talk a bit about the impact Tynesha’s case has had on the local community. It’s been nearly five years, and from what I gather, the neighborhood hasn’t really been the same. People from the area have shared how they've had to adjust their daily routines, just to feel a bit safer. I think it's so important to remember that the ripples from such a tragedy affect way more people than we realize. Those living nearby have to carry this invisible weight, knowing someone in their community could do something so horrific and remain unaccounted for. And with Tynesha being the 40th homicide, it must feel like the city couldn't catch a break that year. It's a poignant reminder of how much work still needs to be done in addressing these systemic issues of violence. My heart goes out to everyone touched by this incomprehensible loss. Stay safe, everyone, and let’s keep talking and pushing for change.
