I’ve been reflecting on the impact of gun violence in our communities, especially after attending the "Stop the Violence" walk for Stefon Wright. It was really moving to see how many people came out to support his family and call for change. Something that struck me during the event was the number of people who shared personal stories of how violence has touched their lives. It’s incredibly frustrating that these tragedies keep happening, and the lack of action can feel overwhelming. I left the walk feeling both inspired by the community's strength and saddened by how far we still have to go to prevent such senseless acts. I can't help but feel for Stefon's family and friends who have been left without answers. Does anyone know if there have been any recent updates on the investigation? It would mean so much to know they're getting closer to justice.
