I can't stop thinking about the heart-wrenching story of young Jacob Quarles. I can't imagine the pain his family must be going through. I was wondering if anyone knows more about the safety measures in place in the community regarding firearms. It just seems so crucial for everyone to revisit how we store and handle guns, especially when children are present. While the investigation labeled it as an accident, I hope this tragedy serves as a strong reminder that accidents can happen so quickly when we're not careful. My heart goes out to Jacob's family and friends, and I hope some changes are made to prevent future incidents. Has there been any talk locally about increasing gun safety education or anything like that?
