I've been following the case of Fareed Caldwell, and one thing that stands out to me is the lack of community support in these neighborhoods. I can't help but think about how fear affects people’s willingness to come forward with information. Nobody should live in a community where they feel too scared to speak up about what they might have seen. It's a tough situation because I understand the fear of retaliation is real, but Fareed's family deserves justice, and keeping silent only perpetuates the cycle of violence. It feels like a catch-22 for those living there. Wishing strength and peace to his loved ones during this difficult time.
