On July 4, 2005, Robert Knisley, a 34-year-old resident of Junction City, Ohio, attended Fourth of July festivities, including a private party in the area. After leaving the celebrations, Knisley was later found lying in the middle of State Route 668, north of State Route 37 in Perry County.
