I've been following the Kadijah Pendergraph case, and it's so devastating to see how violence continues to impact communities, taking away vibrant lives too soon. What really stands out to me is how Kadijah was just starting her journey in life. I read she was a Savannah Arts Academy alum, and if you know anyone from there, you can sense the strong community focus and creativity they carry forward. I never met her, but I can't help but think of how much potential was lost that night. The fact that a newborn was in the backseat during this tragic event is just chilling. That child will grow up without parents, and that breaks my heart. I wonder if they have any family stepping in to support them? If anyone has connections in Savannah or knows more about how the family is handling things, it would be great to share. Let's keep them in our thoughts and hope for a breakthrough soon.
