I’ve been following Antonio’s case closely since it happened, and my heart goes out to his family, especially his sister Qwanisha. It’s infuriating and saddening that there’s been so little progress made, leaving his loved ones without answers. I wanted to highlight the impact his death has had on the youth in his community. From what I’ve read in various news articles and social media, Antonio was a role model to some of the younger kids in his neighborhood. He reportedly had a way of making everyone feel seen and heard, always offering an ear to listen or advice when needed. It’s so poignant to think about how these kids have lost a positive influence in their lives. This tremendous loss has resonated deeply among them, further emphasizing the urgent need to combat the root causes of violence in urban areas. I hope this case gets the attention it deserves and pushes the system toward change. The memory of Antonio, “MadRoxk,” deserves justice and should serve as a catalyst for creating safer environments for everyone. If anyone has information that might help, please, I urge you to come forward.
