Hey everyone, I've been following Mauricio Alfonso Ortiz's case, and something's really bugging me about the timing. He was last seen October 7 at the Get Happy Bar, and yet nobody noticed he was missing until his landlord mentioned it a month later? I get that he was living alone, but you'd think someone from work would notice him not collecting a paycheck or not showing up, especially in a tight-knit place like a bar. Has anyone seen any info about whether his coworkers ever tried to reach out to him? It just seems odd that nobody raised a flag sooner. Maybe there's more to the story about his last night or who he was last seen with? Any insights or thoughts? Thanks for any info!

Hey everyone, I've been following Mauricio Alfonso Ortiz's case for a while, and something I can't shake off is the location where his car was found. It was parked across from the courthouse, which is kind of a strange place if you think about it. It makes me wonder if there's some connection to someone who worked there or had business at the courthouse? Maybe someone who knew the area well and knew the parking lot would be less noticed. I find it baffling that the car sat there for about two weeks before anyone discovered it. Also, the fact that evidence of foul play was found makes my mind race with possibilities. Was it someone who knew Mauricio well or just a random act of violence? The detail about him not collecting his paycheck is odd too. It points to the possibility that he suddenly disappeared or was stopped from doing so. I really hope that talking it through might bring some new insights or angles we've missed. What do you all think? Let's keep discussing and see if we can come up with anything that might help. Thanks for reading!
