Does anyone have insights into how cross-border cases like this are handled? I find it so baffling that despite the felony warrant from March 2013, there's been seemingly no progress. With Lourdes and Andrew potentially in Mexico, I'm curious about the collaboration between US and Mexican authorities in such scenarios. Do they face any specific challenges when it comes to extraditing someone like Mayra back for charges? It feels like there must be more complexities than we often realize in these multinational cases.
