Hey all, I’ve been following the tragic case involving John Timothy Thompson and Deshaun Lamar Scott, and something that’s been really sticking with me is the scene where Pruitt was found. Can you imagine being discovered alone in a peanut field, stained with blood, miles from where everything went down? It's just chilling to think about the things going through his mind and how they led him so far from the site. It doesn't match the self-defense narrative at all, in my opinion. It seems more like someone hiding or running than defending themselves. I'm hopeful that the proceedings will dig deep into why he was found like that and what it means for the case. My heart really goes out to John and Deshaun's families; knowing this can't be easy as they seek justice for their loved ones. Curious to hear more thoughts on this, especially from anyone familiar with cases that have complex scenes like this. Stay safe, everyone.
