I've been reflecting on the role that technology played in the investigation of Blake Edwin Porter's case. It’s truly remarkable how advancements, like forensic video analysis, can be pivotal in solving crimes today. With so much at stake, the capability to dissect and interpret video footage helped bring clarity to this tragic event. It must have been incredibly difficult for Blake's family to not only lose someone so dear but also to grapple with the idea of betrayal from someone they considered family. While nothing can undo their pain, the thoroughness and precision of the technology used to piece together that terrible night hopefully gave them some closure. It's a testament to the hard work of the investigative team that justice was served in such a comprehensive manner. My heart goes out to all who loved Blake.
